We will tell you how much we expect our conveyancing fees to be at our first meeting. You can also phone us for a estimate or use the really easy online estimate tool to get a fee estimate in a couple of minutes. We will do our best to keep costs as low as possible. If our estimate changes we will tell you as quickly as possible. We accept cash and cheques, or if it is easier for you, you can pay by debit or credit card.
Q. What if English is not my first language?
We can provide an interpreter for most languages. Please tell us that you need this service when you first contact us.
Q. What if I have hearing difficulties?
We can arrange for a sign language interpretor to help. Please give us plenty of notice to arrange for this service.
Q. Where can I come and see you?
Our conveyancing department is based at our Princes Road office in Toxteth which has ample free parking. We can also see you at our Church Street office in Liverpool city centre, and at our Garston office. Both have disabled access facilities.
